Kadhi Pakora

Today we are sharing another quick and easy recipe that can be made as a breakfast or as a snack for kids or snack with tea or coffee time. Ingredients

Ingredients for Kadhi

Yogurt - 1-1/2 cup
Besan - 4 Tbps (Gram Flour)
Onion - 1/2 medium
Ginger/garlic paste - 1+1 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp (as per taste)
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Black seeds - 1 pinch
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp

Ingredients for Tarka

Oil - 2 Tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - 2 to 3
Green chili - 2

Ingredients for Pakora

Basin - 1-1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Red chili - 1/2 tsp
Red Chili flake - 1/2 tsp
Coriander flake - 1 tsp
Ginger/garlic paste - 1+1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Onion - 1/2 medium (chopped)
Fresh coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Green chili - 2 (chopped)
Potato - 1 medium (diced cut)
Yogurt – 4 to 5 tsp
Baking soda – 2 pinch
