All-purpose flour – 1 cup or 135 grams
Sugar – 1/3 cup or 70 grams
Butter – 1/3 cup or 80 grams
Two type of raisins – 100 grams
Dried apricots – 50 grams
Candied fruit – 50 grams
Walnut – 50 grams
Orange zest – 1 tsp
Lemon zest – 1 tsp
